- Project Management & Team Leadership: Oversee multiple projects, delegate tasks to a three-person photography team, and coordinate across departments. Manage asset tracking, timelines, deadlines, and sample orders, while leading weekly team meetings.
- Photography & Editing: Plan and execute photoshoots, handling styling, prop sourcing, location scouting, and creative direction. Capture and edit photos and videos, create digital tile installation mockups, and manage product image processing.
- Creative Direction & Brand Storytelling: Develop visual briefs and mood boards, shaping brand imagery across campaigns, Instagram stories, blogs, and newsletters. Collaborate with the Art Director to refine the brand’s visual identity.
